Core functionality

Q-Pulse has the following modules:

  • Document

    Manages all aspects of document control as required by International Standards, across any number of management systems. Automates the entire document life cycle from approval, distribution, acknowledgement, change request, review, revision and management of change history. Reduces the bureaucratic burden of document management and control by as much as 95%.

  • Audit

    Manages the complete Audit life cycle, as required by International Standards. From scheduling, notification, preparation (checklist), performance, reporting and closure. Provides the capability of managing internal/external audits across any number of management systems.

  • Corrective/Preventive Action (CAPA)

    Manages the entire Non Conformance process, as required by International Standards . From raising of Non-Conformances (NC’s), notification to relevant staff and creation of customised stages to address the NC e.g root cause analysis, corrective action, verification and closure. Monitors status continuously and sends automatic notifications, reminders and escalation.

  • Assets

    Manages all aspects of equipment compliance and monitoring e.g. Calibration, Safety Inspections, Maintenance, Licensing etc.

  • Customer

    Manages customer/stakeholder complaints and compliments. Captures customer complaints and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.

  • Tax Advisory

    Manages the supplier approval process. Maintains the approved supplier list and supplier performance records including complaints.

  • Training

    Manages all aspects of training and competence as required by various international standards. Provides a complete training history for all employees and manages the training plan implementation.

  • Analysis

    Provides powerful analysis and reporting tools to support data analysis and continuous improvement.

  • Workload

    Provides a real time view of pending actions for all staff, with clear indication of tasks which are due/overdue. The workload feature provides direct links to the specific item which requires action.
